Plastic Corrugated, also known as corrugated plastic, which is a durable material designed to replace the conventional paper corrugated, or cardboard.

— Production

Plastic Corrugated is manufactured from polypropylene, through the extrusion process, it is lightweight and durable;

Paper Corrugated or cardboard is manufactured from ‘layers’ of heavy paper /card, by glued together, easy to be wet and disintegrated.

 Durable

Plastic Corrugated is weather and chemical resistant, can be reused for years;

Paper Corrugated easy to get moisture, even musty, that would reduce customers’ shopping experience.

— Colors

Plastic Corrugated colors are flexible and variety, can be ordered any color you need, white, nature, red, orange, yellow, green, blue…

Paper Corrugated usually in one color, that is brown. If for color paper box, the cost would be double or higher.

–Cost

For one packaging, the cost of the Paper corrugated is more than Plastic corrugated, while as the plastic package can be used time and time again, and paper box max can only use 2-3 times, so the Plastic corrugated box packaging would be more economic  and trouble-saving in multiple use.
